The room was pretty spacious and even had a balcony where we could chill. It had all the stuff we needed, which was cool. 🌞

The breakfast was good, and the young woman employee who was running it was helpful, and courteous.
The air conditioner in our room was either broken or failing. I am extremely dissatisfied with the hotel. I was unable to sleep and want a refund.

I liked that it was close to Clemson University at a great price. It was convenient that it also provided a continental breakfast.
Its entrance is very dark and does not look like an entrance. As I went to my room the first night, there was a non-smoking area that had a strong smoke smell.

It was quiet and very close by to where I wanted to be. The bathroom and bed were clean and servicable. The bed was comfortable and the airconditioning worked well. It was inexpensive.
My first room was very mildewed. The second room offered seemed alright, but I awoke with fierce allergy sympoms, swollen eyes and a headache. Mildew and mold must have been present there, too. The restaurant and lounge facility was closed. Nearly everything was badly worn, dented, torn, scraped, or damaged in some way. Breakfast was inedible. The milk was sour, the coffee cool and weak, the bisquits hard, and the bagels stale. After trying those items I gave up because I had to get on the road. I did note that the yogurt had not expired, but I cannot eat yogurt.

The hotel was delightful and fairly clean, perfect for a rest. Our well-appointed and comfortable modern room with a balcony was arranged nicely. the staff were excellent and attentive. the location was favorable and absolutely perfect for exploring the area, right next to Clemson, restaurants, and a nearby restaurant. the breakfast was great, and check-in was early. Additionally, there was on-site parking available.

I liked nothing about my stay there.
There is no sign on the outside of the hotel; the landscaping looks horrible and the paint was peeling on the outside. The stafff ws ill informed; no ice machines. Tplace was a dump. Mr. Patel the owner should be ashamed of himself.

I love the inside of the center. I liked that their was a refrigerator and microwave available.
My padlock jamed and i had to leave out of my air condition, refrigerator and microwave room into another room that had no rrefrigerator or microwave and the air did ot work. Their was no one for maitence on duty. I was too tired and it was too late to address the problem so I just went to sleep. I did not like the outer appearence because it looked deserted. I understand that it is under construction. It has the potential to be an excellent hotel once the whole hotel is fixed and remodeled. I would come back then. I would even pay $20.00 more if everything was fixed as well as refer others.

I needed a quiet, convenient location to study for final exams at Clemson. I spent 3 nights there and would not return.
Perhaps because of price, I was given a low quality room (201). I could not call the front desk from my phone...the clock would not set to the correct time...the room was initially too cold even with air off..then got hot the last day...was near the atrium where it was loud...near the exit..and near the staff closet...thus quiet to study was not an option...the furniture was old..wallpaper peeling from the walls..even a piece of furniture was missing from my room....bugs got into food left on the counter...and even the coffee pot handle was out of place...I Would not stay here again even if you gave me a lower rate!!

It's a nice place for the money. It seems as it used to be a 4 star hotel back in the days, but now it needs a good face lift. The covered pool and a hang out area are a nice touch.
A little dirty and halls smell like cigarettes.
